01

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to information collected through highlandgun.com, including the contact and firearm-transfer forms operated by Highland Guns.

Our inventory and ecommerce storefront are hosted separately through Shift4Shop. Information collected through that storefront is also subject to the storefront provider's privacy and security practices. Third-party websites reached through our links have their own privacy policies.

Regulated transaction records

Firearm and ammunition transactions may require Highland Guns to collect, maintain, and disclose certain records as required by federal, state, or local law. Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit our ability to delete or change those records.

Cookies, Analytics and Similar Technology

This website and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. These technologies may support security features, remember preferences, measure website traffic, or help us understand how visitors use the site.

Our website loads Google Tag Manager. Depending on which measurement tags are configured, Google and other analytics providers may receive technical and website-usage information. Google reCAPTCHA may also process device and interaction information when you use a protected form to help identify automated submissions.

You can control or delete many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect website features, including forms and security tools.

Do Not Track

Because there is no universal technical standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, this website does not currently respond to them. You may still use browser privacy controls and other available opt-out tools.

05
